As system has been stable for the last 3 days, we will resolve this incident. Once again we apologize for inconvenience caused
We noticed some abnormal traffic on our WHOIS and Web services. Initial findings point to data harvesting via search bot. Measures have been taken to rate-limit such queries. Even though services are stable, we will still monitor the system before changing the status to resolved.
We've fixed the core issue, and are waiting for things to recover.
